Who is responsible
Your Trumpet Studio is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at any time at info@yourtrumpetstudio.com.
What data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us through our forms: your name, email address, WhatsApp number and the information you write about your level and goals.
Why we use it
We use this data to answer your request, organise your assessment and, if you have given your consent, send you resources, webinar invitations and studio updates. The legal basis is your consent and the steps prior to a possible training agreement.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service. The website is hosted by Hostinger. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while it is needed to answer your request or while you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to the processing of your data by writing to info@yourtrumpetstudio.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
